How to Help Build Something Here

  • Ask Questions: Chat in Mattermost rooms, post on social media, or edit a wiki page. Don't let your ideas go to waste! Tell someone and ask for their feedback to improve upon it.
  • Identify Your Strengths: Don't try to help by doing work you hate. Figure out what you like doing and let others know! Together you can think of creative ways to apply your passion to building something.
  • Offer Help: Once you have an idea, and you know what you're good at, start to bring value to others by providing it as a service. The community needs as many support services as possible on the Crown Platform, so it's a great way to help.
  • Be Open To Change: One of the ways this community evolves over time is by synthesizing new ideas quickly through frequent and transparent exchange of information. Whenever you start a dialog with someone, be truly open to their perspective.

NOTE: If you see a wiki page that is on a subject you know well, please let me (I'm "fin" in Mattermost) know and I'll help you learn to make and edit pages!
