Transfer unspend budget funds to future budgets
As the community we want funds that weren't spend in previous superblocks (and consequently were never created) to be transfered to the future superblocks, so that all the available funds are used for the benefit of Crown. That includes superblocks that failed to have been paid completely as well as "change" left if the sum of the proposal payouts are not equal the maximum value
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
