Setup transifex (or adapt the code and docs to not use it) and fix the translation document
Motivation
There are new changes to the translation document in Bitcoin 0.11 version. It includes information about Transifex, current Crown translation doc also contains info about Transifex but Crown doesn't use, that's why the doc is misleading.
Suggestion
Merge pull request: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/commit/87a5270d58baae680df2b51133754dcb5aa03a42. Setup Transifex or get rid of the info in the translation doc and scripts.
Our old Transifex project is located here but we don't know who has access to administer the project.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
