Rework - Change the alert that the user see's when attempting to submit votes after block 2880
1- Change the main text. The text currently reads: Voted successfully 0 time(s) and failed 3 time(s). Failed to vote with . Error: Vote is too close to superblock. Voting during budget finalization is not allowed.
The text should read: Sorry, your vote has not been added to the proposal. The proposal voting is currently disabled as we're too close to the proposal payment.
2- Change the Crown-QT-testnet popup header
Header currently says "Crown-Qt-testnet"
Header should say "Voting Details"
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
