Qt on macOS opens a new terminal window on wallet startup and shutdown
Issue Summary
This issue may be related to issue #174 (closed) and might be fixed together.
Whenever a user opens the macOS Qt wallet, a terminal window opens. This experienced has been described as 'messy', but it also gives the feeling that you might need to do something within the terminal, which is not the case.

Steps to reproduce
On startup: open crown-qt from the bin folder. A terminal window will open.
On shutdown: The terminal window stays open after shutdown. If a user has already closed the terminal window between startup and shutdown, a terminal window will reopen on shutdown.
Expected behaviour
No terminal window should open after startup or shutdown of the wallet.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
