Agree on the budget redistribution and implement it
User Story
As a community, we want to increase the budget part from the mined rewards so that we make sure the Crown Platform is sustainable, can fund development, marketing and other directions.
Tasks
- Agree on the percent that should go to the superblock. Now it's 10%.
- Implement rewards redistribution in the code
