Now, the LiveNet explorer actually works (I don't know why it works, weird, DNS seeds has changed but it still downloads blocks), but the testnet explorer doesn't work.

I used to think it's because of the protocol version. But after some experiments I find maybe the testnet explorer never gets OK even when our network was running under the old protocol. We never tested the testnet explorer, until recently. A proof supporting this judgement is that I just tested the bitcore-node-crown's earlier versions, and found regtest showed exactly the same failures as the newest version.

So, to fix this bug I will need further research.
