"crownd" halted after stopping and restarting

In Current-dev branch, when I run crownd the first time (by "first time" I mean the data directory is empty, the only file it has is bitcoin.conf), it works well (except that the blocks download speed is not very fast compared to the stable version). But when I type ctrl+c to stop it and then restart it, it downloads blocks only within 40 seconds. After that it gets halted. Here's my command:

./crownd --conf=/your-data-path/bitcoin.conf --datadir=/your-data-path --printtoconsole

bitcoin.conf content:

rpcuser=bitcoin
rpcpassword=local321

Could somebody look into it? If you can confirm this is a bug, it will be urgent because Bitcore & Insight requires to run crownd, and without this running correctly the unique address prefix version of Insight can't be deployed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
