Show the amount of Crown available for proposals, in GUI.
Currently the wallet only shows the amount of CRW requested. It'd be handy for people to see which amount of the budget is left to use. Example - Budget request is currently 3000. If the total available is 30,000 for example the result would show 3000/30000.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
