Make even builds release builds and odd test builds
Tech Story
As a community tester, I want to be able to differentiate between test builds and release builds looking at the build number so that I don't run test builds live and can simplify testing process.
Requirements
- All odd minor versions should be test builds: 0.12.7.22
- All even minor builds should be release builds: 0.12.8.0
Definition of done/Acceptance criteria
- Ready for production after QA check.
