Proposal payment not showing
Summary
Proposal prepare payment does not show in GUI. The payment shows ok via console.

Prepare a proposal and submit.
Expected behaviour
25 tcrw should show as a payment in the GUI when preparing a proposal

The 25 tcrw is not showing in the GUI but shows using console

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
