Node collateral amount change

As a node owner, I want To not have to change anything in my wallet when Collateral for nodes is changed so that My node can stay online.
Requirements
(If you can - please define the requirements, if not - skip it). Collateral that is locked should decrease from i.e. 500 to 300. Or if more is needed the (only when already available at the address) should increase on first wallet start. New TxnID should be made.
