Update installer script with addnodes for updated seednodes

User Story/Motivation/Problem

Since it seems we are not going to release v0.13.4.1 with updated seednodes (due to unexplained problems for Mac and Windows users) it would be a good idea to update the installer script to configure addnode directives for the new addresses.

Requirements

Update the installer to write addnode directives for the seednodes

Tasks

  • update the installation script
  • test it
  • Code Review
  • QA

Definition of done/Acceptance criteria

  • Ready for production after QA check.

How to demo

Install a new v0.13.4.0 node and have it find peers and begin syncing.
