Wallet/node unable to sync a block containing an NFT transaction

Summary

Node "stalls", unable to connect to any peers.

Steps to reproduce

Unknown

Expected behavior

Nodes should operate normally

Problematic behavior

Nodes sometimes find themselves unable to connect to any peers and at that point they "stall" (block count does not advance).

Crown-core environment info

Ubuntu 16.04

Crown-core application info

Crown version v0.13.9.3-3230ab8a
